   - If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

 

3. Exchanges:

   - We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.

 

4. Shipping:

   - Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is defective or damaged.
